- 1 cup Sago / Sabudana
- 4 tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder
- 1 Medium potato chopped
- 1 Green chilli slit
- 1 Lemon juice
- Handful Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1-2 tsp Red Chilli Powder [as per your taste]
- 1 tsp As per your taste
Note
Please note the following while making this Sabudana Khichadi.
- Soak the Sabudana at least for min of 6 hours.
- If you can soak overnight great.
- Add only 3/4th cup of water. This measurement is for 1/2 - 1 cup of Sabudana.
- Make sure that the water covers the Sabudana till the top.
- Don't add too much of water. The water measurement is specific to the 1/2 -1 cup of Sabudana.
- Make sure that first you rinse and wash the Sabudana very well couple of times around 4-5 times to remove the starch.
