Grilled Chicken with Creamy Sauce

This dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. The chicken is marinated in a flavorful teriyaki and Dijon mustard sauce, then grilled to perfection. The creamy sauce is made with milk, cream, peri peri seasoning or sriracha sauce, salt, spicy sauce, chili flakes, and chopped garlic. It's the perfect way to add some flavor and moisture to the chicken.

Ingredients for Grilled chicken with creamy sauce
  • 500 kg Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 1-2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1-2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1-2 tbsp Peri Peri or Shiracha Seasoning
  • 1-2 tbsp Spicy Sauce of your choice - peri peri or chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped garlic

  1. Instructions -Grilled chicken with creamy sauce

    nstructions:

    1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, Dijon mustard sauce, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

    2. Make the creamy sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cream, peri peri seasoning or sriracha sauce, salt, spicy sauce, chili flakes, and chopped garlic. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.

    3. Grill the chicken: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

    4. Serve: Spoon the creamy sauce over the grilled chicken. Serve with your favorite sides.

Tips:

  • For a thicker sauce, you can cook it for a few minutes longer.
  • If you don't have Peri Peri seasoning or sriracha sauce, you can substitute another hot sauce.
  • You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as mushrooms, onions, or peppers.
